After the last server reboot, our guild hall disappeared, never regenerated. So, not only did the guild hall disappear, so di all the vendors and items inside it! lol, so did our city hall! Please, mark out the ancient Dantari burial grounds, so we can avoid any further curses.

If you're serious, contact a CSR so they can investigate it and restore the lost structure/items as they can do that if they are really gone.

It is a bug, but there is a way to work around it. You have to type their first AND last name in the exact same case they originally used. Anything they have capitolized you have to as well when typing it. LuKe SkYWAlkEr has to be typed just like that for it to work.

Same problem for Red Faction Reborn on Chimaera. A player suddenly mails and says "Who kicked me out?" to which we reply (obviously not in Guildchat) "We havent kicked you out..there was no email about it!".

Turn up at the guild terminal...sure enough player not on the list..go to sponsor...there is our friend Species...we accept species and the member says "Yay im back in!"...so we shout "Yay!" then realise he's not on the guildmember list and doesnt receive emails but can Guildchat...

Player then tries to guildremove...we all get emails..look over at him and his is still displaying RFR under his name!

Species is still there on the list and wont go away...fill up guildmembers mail boxes with Species has been declined messages....blah blah blah blah blah

Yup I know its a known problem...yup I know how to attempt to bypass it...yup I know its been reported....BUT

that doesnt make it less annoying..Player Association bugs less of a priority to, say, Combat or xp bugs? Not being nasty about it...im just asking. Although random it does seem very prolific..that would make it a priority in my opinion!

It's not a lower priority, actually to the contrary the Species bug is one of the very top issues right now. The problem being that is hits randomly and only lasts a few days in general and thus, is VERY difficult to find out what causes it and fix it. Even the cases I'm told about and forward on are usually a day at least, then by the time someone gets the chance to look at it (Usually the next day) a lot of the time it's already resolved itself and there isn't any info available.

This issue (along with most other guild issues) tend to be a top priority because as you can imagine, Guild issues generate a LOT of customer service tickets and each week Customer Service takes thier top issues to the Devs and QA to get them resolved. I know the species has been on that list for a long time now, there is just a lot of trouble isolating the cause so it can be fixed. (And there very well be more than one cause behind the scenes as well.)
