Thread: DRAFT ONE: PA Requests
I wasn't entirely happy with the Allegience idea, and I made it known in beta. SOE's reasoning was based on customer service issues though... PAs whose leaders went AWOL needed a way to change leadership without disbanding the guild or contacting a CSR (who would then have to make some judgement call on who should be leader). So, that is why we have allegience.
I think DAoC's system was a bit better. At any rate, I don't have much hope for a change on this topic at this point.
Give us an automatic Persistant Guild Member list that includes who is online in the CTRL+P menu
I'd like to add to this, saying an extra tab next to the friends list but identical to it other than the ability to edit it. IE group, and comment tabs as well as on/offline status system messages per the player. This would allow the PAleadership to give ranks and effectively sort the individuals as well as giving individuals more runninginformation on who is with them, adding to the communal spirit meant to be within PA's.

Brilliant! Outstanding work Jascentia...and to all the people who put forth ideas! Thanks! I didn't need to add because all of my biggest issues were covered.
P.S. FINALLY, the guild leader switched to me instead of the person who placed the PA Hall...not sure why, no one new was added in the 48 hours prior to me getting the message, and I haven't asked people to try to set their allegiance in weeks.
