Xyon Core {XC} www.xyoncore.com

We have been here since Beta 2. We began charging dues on day one, which started at 5k a week. Over time it has gone to 5k a month. We have around 60 members. We used the funds to support the PA hall, and the resources collected for the PA.

Some of the Percs have been, a well organized Player City in Xyon. Everyone had a mount on Patch night. Everyone will have a vehicle on Patch day. 50% of cost of items.

We are a tight nit group, we use Teamspeak and are run by a Board of Directors. Which is currently 8 members.

Wrix Enterprises sounds a lot like Xyon Core (minus the teamspeak thing..you mind if I ask how you like it?). We had a small problem with getting mounts on day 1, but vehicles should be a little better understood since there are 3 of us (all council members) that are on TC now. But things run smoothly, but dues are always an issue and are still undecided right now (we are still charging 14k a week). One question for you Zallon (and anyone who cares to answer), do you have guild run harvesters that provide free resources? We do, and this is tied with dues (and related to dues) for the hottest issue in our guild. A side note, we also charge either 25k of 50k as an initiation fee as we are no longer looking to grow. We may be overdoing it (we have the GH maint paid up for like 3 years, but are still charging dues). The only reason we get away with this is everyone in our guild seems to be super rich except me .

Best bet is to run a1 hourhunting mission with as many guild member as possible once every 2 weeks. put all the proceeds in the treasury. Never have to worry about it again :-)

We host a lot of events. That's how we build up the prize money fund. A big hunt where all the cash is given to the event.

We decided to do try out the vendor idea and will be putting items in called "Monthly Guild Dues - December" and another item called "Player Event Donation" to see if people like this better

We used to have guild hunts in addition to the dues but have since stopped them, mostly due to laziness. We actually gave all the money AND all the resources we got from the hunt to the guild for our crafters, but we lost our WS and AS (as I said before) and are down to a few grinders, so that has become less important. In the mean time, people are getting bored without the hunts, so we need to spice up the guild again (we also have a city to run, so the guild is kinda falling by the wayside).

my guild partnered up with another guild for a player city so we can't get the cash from city taxes

Actually, my city has non-guilded in it (with no intention of joining) so I have mixed feelings on us providing all of the structures, BUT the city is 90% Wrix Enterprises, and we can make whatever we want since our Mayor is on our Senior Council.

I do not charge dues. I pay all guild maintenance out of my bank account. I will even buy members houses or factories if they ask for one.

We did the whole Basic Camp Kit dues thing...

it works, when the leader remembers to buy them back and then restock them.
