Since it has been awhile since I have cleaned house I'd say that I would be in the 20-30% Inactive catagory as you define it. Though if my guild wanted to give me a "vacation" it would take a little kicking in the butt

I'd say that about 20% of my guild is inactive. We have a recruitment process that eliminates most who only play a few times a month.

If you are meaning to push for a dev tool to auto remove inactive members from the terminal then I must give you a firm handshake and a big smile. I don't like having to prune the roster manually due to various reasons such as I would much rather be out killing Jawas.
So I'll ask for an auto removal of inactive or canceled characters from the Guild rooster as soon as possible

We had over 50% inactive even though we're a small guild. I ended up booting a bunch of the inactives so that the actives could set allegiance to the new guildleader before my account runs out.

Yes over 50%, I will be taking care of that this weekend. 70 Members and I have only seen 20 or so in the last few months. I am afraid to do anything because I have a feeling that alot are breaking till JTL but I have to do what I have to do.

I would say that less than 5% of my guild is inactive. I try to contact members that have been inactive for more than a month and if I donot get a reply then I remove them. Some have mangaged to come back, but more often than not one they leave they leave. We are still a very young guild (6 months maybe) and still number under 40, but I would rather remove the inactives and have a low number than keep the numbers and watch them go poof wwhen their accounts die out.

I was a pa leader and I constantly had to deal with this problem. Eventually I disbanded my guild when my group of 55 members had become 3 in 2 months when everyone got tired of the jedi grind and such. But as they were leaving i had a huge problem trying to switch allegiences and such.

Yes, but only because our guild leader was called over to afghanistan and hasn't been able to kick out the inactives until his glorious return. Then we'll be a 100% active player guild. Both of us
