Simple question, you don't need to give me an exact figure, you can just say yes or no off of the top of your head...

Are over 50% of the members in your Member List on the Guild Management Terminal inactive?

For the purposes of this question, think of an inactive member as someone who wouldn't be availableto declare allegience in the event that the guild wanted to change its leader.

I'd say that about 25% of my guild is inactive, in the aspect they wouldn't be able to vote in a new leader if I had to leave suddenly. I try to keep active people and remove inactives(Those who haven't logged in on a month) actively to keep a good count on who we have and don't have.

I'd say about the same for my guild (25% inactive) although with it being summer a lot of times there may be a week or so that only 25% is active.

I'd say about 50% of our guild is inactive for votes and stuff like that.

No, but only because weusually remove inactives from the roster if they haven't made contact with us in 3+ months.

nope

I clear out my roster every month (or just about).

We now have 84 listed members, of which 4 inactive. the reason they are still listed is that there is a possibility they might return.

We're a small guild, with nothing but active members. Well, there is one who only logs on once per two weeks or so, but still.

No.

I see where you are going with this though. We do the same as some other guilds here... if we havn't seen someone in 4 - 6 weeks we send a friendly "did you leave teh game" e-mail. If they don't respond we kick them. If we made a mistake we let them back in. Out of 56 members we have 2 that are questionable.

I'm not sure that our number runs quite that high, but it well may be. We've got a good number of military types, and keep them regardless of if they've logged in recently or not. One of our boats just left, and the guys will be gone until December. Another of our members just went overseas for 18 months. Then we've also got a few who are.... well..... We really need to clean out the roster, but haven't gotten to it.

Yes. We have 182 on the terminal and only about 60 are active. The only reason we don't kick them is because they might come back....and there really is no reason to boot them. If we were to get close to the cap, then I would start to worry about it.

Got about 150 members, give or take.

I'd say 60 are active & 30 have active alts, so between 90-100 active members who can vote.

The rest I keep on the list anyway, they may come back.

My PA has very little inactive members. I keep a phpBB forum running with my own personal MOD that lets me know when a person last logged on. In order to stay in the PA they have to be active and have an account on the forum. When someone goes inactive, they get kicked. They are sent and email first informing them why they got kicked and that they are welcome to come back when they become active again.

Unfortunately, doing this means that we don't have many members. We just broke 30 again .
