Ok, I recently had a problem with one of my characters and after the first couple CSR's told me that there wasn't anything they could do I still kept my ticket open and responded to every response from them. The end result was that a CSR eventually helped me out and fixed my problem.
Here's my idea. What if a huge number of Pistoleer's on every server put in a ticket saying that their specials weren't working. Then, everytime a CSR answers us and tells us that they can't help us, we answer back with a polite but firm reply that we want it fixed. Do not delete your ticket unless for some reason you have a different problem that is more important. If enough of us voice our opinion in this way I'd be willing to bet that the CSR's will put some heat on the Dev's. If nothing else maybe we can get a couple fixes to hold us over until the combat rebalance.

You have to click on the holocron button which is normally in the lower right corner of your screen. Then click on customer service. I think your required to do a knowledge base search first before you can submit a ticket. The rest should be pretty easy to figure out.

I put in my ticket a moment ago. As I was typing it I started getting worked up and found it difficult to keep it professional. But, I kept it clean and polite. It just burns me to think of all the new content that's been put in the game since the beginning. Mounts, vehicles, additional theme parks, 3 sets of new armor for wookie's, image designer tents, and more... All of this was developed and put into the game but yet our original specials that had problems since beta still haven't been fixed. Now we have to wait for JTL to be developed and released?! This is just wrong. I'm beginning to think that they aren't worried at all about fixing this stuff because they know we will sit around and just accept it. I bet that the amount of resources it took to develop just the image designer tents alone may have been enough to fix our specials. I don't understand the reasoning behind developing new content when the current game doesn't work correctly. I think I am going to also try to find someone at Lucas Arts to write. I'm finally reaching the end of my patience.

I received my first response from a CSR within a couple hours. He basically told me that the Dev's were working on the Pistoleer profession now. He didn't however give me any "official" statement or information. He probably doesn't have access to it. But, in the end he really only told me to delete my ticket. I asked him to pass on to anyone possible my request and to have them, if possible, inform us of their plans and any progress they have made. If they would just let us know what is going on I think we would be much more patient. I will not however be deleting my ticket. It will stay open and I will answer every response with a response of my own.
If anyone else is going to do this, please remember not to get rude. That will not help anyone. Let's show them how many Pistoleer's there are who are unhappy with their "Apparent lack of progress".

The CSR-ThomasQ responded for a second time. He told me to post my request on the forums and informed me that I should delete the ticket. He also placed the status to "closed" so that I cannot respond to the ticket again. Of course you cannot use copy to get the text out of the customer service window. How convenient is that? Obviously SOE does not want us to be able to quote what their CSR's are saying to us else where.
Boy, am I pissed now. I've just written Lucas Arts and am about to start hitting every game magazine and site known to man.

"Theyre working on it" and "Post it on the forums". How about "Hey CSR, give me your waypoint". */duel*, *DB*

What's wrong with pistoleer? I honestly don't know. And in my opinion, BH needs the most work.

Here's some screenshot's of my ticket. Basically I was shut down. But, you all may want to read what he said about how diligently they are working on fixing our profession. So diligently that it's been over a year now and we still have no fixes. If they only understood that by not keeping us informed is only making things worse.

I had to use two screenshots because I couldn't get the whole ticket in one shot.

You must be joking. As a BH you should appreciate our position. How long did it take for them to fix your droid and mission issues? Well, consider the fact that we've gotten no fixes. Though, I should also mention that I had a pistoleer/BH as well up until the recent change to BH. Instead of making MBH better the dev's took the easy way out and just made it easier to become a BH. Now I have no desire to be a BH. But, my combat profession of choice has always been Pistoleer. What fixes have pistoleer's ever gotten? As far as I remember the only thing we've been given is a couple new pistol certs. Have the dev's EVER done a fix to any of our specials? If they have, someone please tell me. I may be wrong...

Maybe you got a good one. Seems like 1 in 10 CSR's will actually try to help.
