Disarming shot 2 was never supposed to be an area knockdown!

Charge Shot 2 is! Before the patch, it did not even have any effect at all!

Yeah, I don't know much about pistoleer, but I pretty much see that be done to people fighting pistoleers.

Dude, you think that we ENJOY spamming fanshot? That's what we're complaing about - we want more than fanshot so we don't have to spam it. It's sorta boring to go healtshot 1/2 fanshot, fanshot, fanshot... I feel like it's useless to master pistoleer when I can already do what master pistoleers do....

d00d is a dumb arse. No kidding. That tactic works well if you can't pvp worth a goat, or you like using Temp TEF to sneak up on an un suspecting target. But the matter of fact is you gotta get up to the opponent b4 you can pistol whip.. against a prepared target that is almost impossible. 2.. health shots are not worth anything in a one on one duel. In mass pvp its nice to use bleeds on a target and then switch to a different one. But on one on one Melee defense1, healthshot 1 + 2, Fan shot fan shot fan shot. Is just about the most retarded thing I have heard LOL. Those bleeds will do minimal damage by the time the target is incapped and you end up hurting your self more and wasting 2 seconds. Don't pay attention to this guy. I am sure he was heavily medicated and didn't mean it.

Today was Tabcef's big day. He got to make a post like a big boy and pretend he was smart.

so when i fight that 28k ham ST (yah cause when u use fanshot it hits RANDOM pools and since sts have 9 ham he would have about 28k stats to randomly hit) I would be dead before i get off a few fan shots

ok since the poster of this thread knows what every spec is supposed to do maybe he can tell us what disarmshot2 actual use/effect is supposed to be?

Feranz what do you do in PvP? Because I do what you just said was a **edit**ty waste of time, but I can't think of anything else besides using Suppresion Fire or Pistol Whip.

A few days ago, it took me over a dozen fan shots to take a guy down. They happened to evenly distribute between his HAM pools, so by the time he died, two of them were down to slivers. He sent me a tell complaining about fan shot, to which I responded how horrible it is to have to use a random HAM attack and shoot 3x more. Eye shot or a decent body shot would have taken him down twice as fast, easily. He didn't bother sending me another tell.

Prima builds their guides off on in game expierince. Prima doesn't get there info directly from the devs or S.O.E. officially. Disarm2 was not intended to be a knockdown especially not an aoe knockdown. I tried to keep myself from using it as such. I have NO idea what it's actual intended function was. Cause in the description of the shot itself does not seem to be of any good in PvE or pvp. Hopefully they make it a worth while shot.

I think this guy just proved our point for us. The only status effect we can have on a target is bleed, why is that?
