Last i heard 1.0 was the speed cap, but ive seen a 0.1 speed krayt D18 and a 0.8 krayt D18 , the 0.8 had decent dmg too, HOW????

krayt tissues and a speed slice. But you still hard capped at 1.0, so no matter what the speed of the pistol is, you'll never fire bellow 1 second

A pistol with speed under 1.0 can still be helpful with specials. The speed will be factored into doing specials. Your overall speed will never drop below 1 per second though cause that is the cap.

You'll need some good kryat tissues and most likely a good speed slice. I have an 0.6 speed kryat scout blaster with decent damage.

Get BH Pistols 4 and all your pistols will fire that fast

Ahem, of course I meant get +25 speed from attachments and you should still be speed-capped on pretty much any pistol...

i've seen a 0.0 fwg5 (not exploited, this was a krayt-enhanced one) that basically fired at 1 second for anyone firing it

man i'd kill for a weapon that fast lol

i had a scatter made for me that is 0.5 speed and 229 max damage ... used an exceptional looted barrel and i think it was +75 krayt tissues ... the weapon is still unsliced .. may slice it one day ...

i said i want a pistol that fast, not to be able to fire that fast

and a master pistols/mastermarksman with one of those new skill stims puts me over the cap (since most people cap at 88 speed with pistols)

Cap at +88 Pistol Speed at Master Pistoleer? Huh? Cap? What?

Speed cap is always +100 speed.

Master Pistoleer gets +74.

We don't cap, I'm afraid.
