Thread: Why do ppl prefer HC scatter over FWG pistol.
Well, from my point of view, scatters are easier to make becuase the tissues are plentiful whereas the bones for fwg's are usually double or triple the price of tissues or there aren't a lot of them around. At least on ahazi, when I do a server wide vendor search on both gorax bones and krayt tissues....I see less than a half a page of bones and more than 5 pages of tissues.
Then when I go loot them myself, I usually get tissues at 4x the rate that I do the bones. My last 30 gorax kills only got me smuggler loots or nothing. My last 10 krayt kills got me 4 sets of tissues (3 of them over +100 damage).
So i can make higher damage scatters quicker and easiery than fwg's. Even when I make gorax fwgs for sale, the scatters still sell faster though. Might have something to do with there being lots of BH's and not many master pistoleers too.

I just like the fact that I use a smuggler-gun, so maybe that's why people use HC Scatters: They want to use the pistol that they "unlocked" with their Master BH title.
(I admit that it is kinda silly form a pure number crunching perspective

Duly noted. I'll be sure that if I fight any BHs I do it in Battle armor and not Recon.
primus layered battle is better anyway, get it sliced for 75% armorbreak, when you get hit in the head with a hammer, you will thank me.

Besides what else are you going to do with all those storm trooper skulls except make a bone armor helmet?
