Thread: Pistoleer team let us down. SAY IT AIN'T SO!

OKay, just came back form the lag fest in TC5 Bestine.
Now before I went on planet, I loked through the skill trees.
Noticed that some professions got certs for new pistols.
Guess how many new pistol certs we got.....
Yep, that's right. ZERO! Nothing new from existing pistols and NOTHING from all the new pistols that were announced.
The NDA is gone, the cat is out of the bag. Mr Corresspondant, you and your team have some serious explaining to do. You were there to represent Pistoleers as Pistoleers. Not BH/Smuggler/Commando hybrids.
If we got new certs please tell us what they were and if we got no new certs please explain why.

im guessin they are like the de-10 and geo pistol, so why dont u give it some time there.

Look, right now everything is very rough and raw. Just because there aren't any pistol certs listed doesn't mean that there are not any. More likely, what happened is that it hasn't been coded correctly.
For example, Smugglers still have spices listed, yet they won't be crafting spices.
Stay calm, it's been up for not even 3 hours yet, lol

However, Smugglers and Commandos so have new (ie new to the game) certs listed for pistols.

smugglers have been fighting for a pistol cert for 2 years and the devs have been putting em off that long. maybe this is just a step towards getting them off the devs back due to revamp never being done as promised.

I just want to know where the heck the DE-10 certs are... has me a little concerned to say the least, but at least the smugglers are getting some love. But yeah its not been up for a a few hours.. so I wil hold comment for the moment.

Got plenty of new pistols...they just don't show up in the boxes....the ones that don't show up are ones that are looted and/or made through looted schematics...

I can understand Smugglers get a pistol. They actually HAVE pistol specials in their tree...but SQUAD LEADERS??? Gimmie a break! They have NO PISTOL SPECIALS IN THEIR PROFESSION! Yet they get something new. A new pistol isnt going to help SL. The new "Every MOB has 30k more HAM then you." is whats going to help SL.

Plenty of stuff that con white and blue to me, and i am level 1. Fight the right stuff for your level and leveling is easy as always.

hey dudes... im not sure about weapon certs at the time... they look all bungled to me.
In fact most of the skill boxes look screwed up to me.
just take the fact that LLC cert is only given on the LLC2 box... yeah, first you grind LLC up to box 2 and then we will teach you how to use it!
dont sweat it, its all screwed up at the moment.
now.. if it hits live like this.... well there is a new dungeons and dragon online game coming out and I always wanted to try WoW so...

LLC is a rifle now... so it uses rifle XP - so any rifle will let you level to it.

SL now uses pistol experience the same way smuggler does for leveling...
