GCW setting Cornet Starport on Server Vaclyn...
A Master Pistoleer (Myself) shows a Master Rifleman (pictured) that he is no match with a well prepared foe. Food that is, with proper food and a good Helm not even Mindshot 3.
To all Pistoleers, we are not out of the fight!!!

cool..how much did you fork out for your food and ur armor? and how many times can we repeat this?

I notice from that screenie you are doing the dirty fighting tree of smuggler. Which specials were you mostly using, Pistoleer or Smuggler?

I've taken out plenty of rifleman... they eat almost as much of their own mind (shooting their specials) as my eyeshot does... now if its a rifleman/cm... fugetaboutit.

it is not that hard to take out a riflemen if u r a pistoleer fencer(or tka) Riflemen just need to be dealed with a high damage Geo pistol.

Well the food is not that expensive...I got 3 chefs I use on 3 different planets. I use Aircake, Synthsteak, snow cake (a +38 accuracy for 33 min ) Thakitillo (+91 vs KD) and 2 +417 Brandy. The armor I bought a long time ago when armor was grossly inflated so it depends on your planetary markets. I use the helm chest and leg comp only for pvp...I take those off and go back to my Mod Steelweave pants , helm and a padded chest for PvE and better looks 
After you get armor the food will be like 1 fight application is maybe 6k, a buff is standard of course. I would say the most important thing is my Geo pistol 350k does 155 - 298 sliced and with powerup 170 -330.

I used Pistoleer mostly the only thing I used from smuggler was the KD Lowblow.

heh a pistoleer killing a rifleman ain't that big of a deal, you've just gotta have the right equipment.

our issue is that a rifleman with basic equipment can easily beat a pistoleer with million-dollar pistols. anyone with the right equipment (and right situation) can be powerful. its just generally a lot easier for FOTMs.

Exactly. By the fact that a proud thread was made about the miracle of a Pistoleer beating a Rifleman, and they had more than just pistoleer, proves that there is a gross inbalance. If you need all the armor, buffs, food, and uber geo,and tactics to beat a guy whos using a marksman weapon (Jawa Ion Rifle), and that's considered a proud achievment, then there is something wrong.

I'm not as good at math as I used to be, but I'm 100% confident that this equation is as close to the meaning of the universe as anyone will ever see:
(Straight Pistoleer + "The Right Equipment")x(Straight Rifleman + "The Right Equipment") = Dead Pistoleer.
