I mean how long does it take to fix the bloody pistol specials? The game has been out nearly a year now and the pistoleer class still has the same basicproblems it had at the start. Any idiot can see that most of our specialsdon't work right. When Body Shot 3 is less damaging over time than Body Shot 2, there has to be something wrong. I mean when are the developers going to get moving on this? Should I cancel my account again andcome back in a year?5 years? When are they going to start taking us seriously?

Since June 2004, running one of the game's first completely nonviolent characters. Testing the limits of non-combat MMORPG play and trying to have fun into the bargain (although the developers make it difficult).

Combat is no longer compulsory.

Is it just me being cynical, or am I alone in thinking that it's ridiculous that a 'Combat Balance' patch is coming out AN ENTIRE YEAR AFTER THE GAME SHIPPED?

I mean combat balance should be taken care of in the first patch. What the hell have the developers been doing, that it takes an entire YEAR to get the f#^&!^@ combat skills to be balanced enough so that there's a reason to grind into the Pistoleer skill tree? I mean I had the same specialability to kill things (i.e. Body Shot 2)before I got my NovicePistoleer training.

Is everyone as pissed off about this as me, or are some people still saying "trust the devs"? I mean a riot is an ugly thing, but I reckon it's about time we started lighting torches andplanning our routeto the castle.

They *did* change something in fact, now healthshot2 is superior to bodyshot!

Quick fixes to make the game fun now: ~~NPCs using weapons and special attacks~~, reduced resistances on all except faction armor and percentbased encumbrance, faction armor craftable with improved resistances with limited use schematics from recruiters, no permadeath for faction pets, doc buffs percentbased, ~~fixed BH mission payouts~~, more imperial crackdown activities, replace SBDs on the corvette with high ranking NPCs, reintroduce a Jedi TEF, reward overt players with improved payouts and faction gains

They haven't fixed pistoller because they would rather think of another way to stop jedi's from being unlocked, and too busy making tents and colourful wookie armor.

It's ok they'll give us a new skill mod Pistol Speed + 1 rofl when the space expansion comes out

Dont moan mate, you could be a bountyhunter who have actualy got worse! As a profession we are so bad now you have to give up master status and start investing it in other skills so you have a "basic" chance of winning a fight, i kid you not!

I've had my TH doll for awhile now, but it's been discontinued due to political correctness

It has a cross-swinging arm action, and two holdable weapons

Those weapons are a small knife, presumably for stabbing Smugglers in the back,

And a large bat with the word "NERF" engraved on it.

you do realize that TH is just the messenger, right? i doubt that he personally does any smuggler-stabbing or profession-bunting.

although, it is easiest to take out our angry sentiments on him
