B would make the most sense
think about it....you finally hit master and all the sudden you know how to expertly duel wield pistols.....dont think so
on the other hand it would make sense to do it the B way becuz youd be "learning" how to opperate pistols with one in each hand

I really only see dual pistols as a way for pistoleers to get around the speed cap, I like the way Rifleman and Creature Handler is "only good if you master" and I think all combat classes should follow suit. This way dabblers have the benefit of flexibility and the specialty players have the appeal of raw power

... but I would have loved for people to grow in the skill, at Novice, you suck and its not worth it other then to have both weapons targeting weakness (Acid and Heat etc) and at Master Pistoleer we had very few handicaps for using two pistols (barely a accuracy decrease and barely any damage output issues). But unless the Combat Balance tips Combat in favour of Ranged as it should be, its all surpurfluous fluff isn't it
