Mainly just to stop EVERYONE from running around with 2 pistols. Id really like it to be rather rare, maybe you have to get master and then do a rediculous quest to learn it, who knows. Not that I hate dabblers, just I dont want to see TONS of people running around with 2 pistols, in all the movies released there has been a single person who used 2 pistols at once, (save some scenes where someone was just handed another pistol for a moment). Guess what, thats less than the number of jedi shown, lol.

What do I expect? A game that I paid $50 for and $15 a month to work.
