lastly, theres no true counter to stun currently. that is to say healing it is useless when it can be reapplied so easily once removed. fighting storm troopers this is something ive noticed a lot. they would stun me and if i removed it they would just stun me again and again and again. so with that said if stun worked against regen in any way it would be too powerful for the fact it can be applied and reapplied too easily.
I liked the idea of stun recovery taking mind pool to use. or any recovery. I don't use the mind pool. that way, it would kinda come back into style to watch all three pools, like before the CU. That way, an action regen stopper wouldn't be too devastating, as long as you have some mind left. and as to the docs, they can heal it away anyway.
One other idea keeping with the action debuff.....
How bout making it like an action bleed? Remember those? Have it take "x" action pool points per "y" seconds. The state lasts "z" amount of time unless it's healed by one of the available means.
