I'm wanted to know do i need TK 4000 to heal my wounds with meditate now?I was able to yesterday b4 i dropped it, now i just sit there.

Yep, TK 4000 has always been needed to heal your wounds by yourself outside of a camp or med center or without the assistance of someone else with wound healing abilities.
