Pistoleer xp to master: 4,571,620

That is the total XP including Apprentice XP but does not include any ranged support skills of the Marksman skill tree.

Bounty Hunter xp to Master: 4,108,410

This includes Apprentice Xp to gain Master in everything.

So a BH spends more skill point to have to earn less XP than a Pistoleer.

Aslo I dont think any Bh actually understands what Pistoleer's and Carbineers want. Nobody wants to be per say better than a BH, BUT a Pistoleer should be better than a Bh using only a pistol.

Scenario 1: A BH and a Pistoleer square off for an old style pistol showdown at high noon. They start back to back and take 10 paces turn and shoot. In this scenario the odds should be in the Pistoleers favor as the Pistoleer is a master of this weapon and fighting style.

Scenario 2: A BH and Pistoleer square off for a duel at range. The odds should be in favor of the BH as he has more skill at his disposal. This is where having all the skills of a BH is supposed to be better, you lead off with the LLC than switch to Carbine and when the pistoleer gets into his ideal range you switch to Pistol to finish him off. Now lets not even go into the fact that if the Pistoleer doesnt have any Scout skills so he runs like a three toed sloth up a hill which gives the BH an even greater advantage.

Bottom line is in pure pistol combat a Pistoleer should be better than a BH just as a Carabineer should be better in using a carbine. Now the BH has more tools to use which can give him the advantage over the Elite Weapon Professions. Just cause BHs spend more skill points does not give them the right to be the best fighting class in the game, what it does give them a right to is more options. Options for a BH are Pistol, Carbine, and LLC to use as weapons where an Elite only has one option.

Also they only thing they should have nerfed was the CH pet exploit tho they did it the wrong way IMO. Fix the bugs in the game before you go swinging the giant nerf bat SOE.

Before you read this don't bother flaming me after this isn't my opinion.

He posted on this board for a reason, bounty hunters can beat carbineers, bounty hunters can beat riflemen, bounty hunters can beat all the melee classes, but bounty hunters can't beat pistoleers.

Every other fighting class spends just as much exp as pistoleers, so don't bother arguing over exp.

And nerfing is dumb, I personally love it when something is coming to deathblow me, and a pistoleer saves me with stopping shot or knocks something down when I'm taking fire.

If you mess something up for the soul purpose of pvp, you ruin PvE and vice versa.

The skill points should mean JACK **edit** FOR **edit**S SAKE! If a weaponsmith spends all his points in chef and doesn't have marksman, should he be more **edit**ing powerful? You're GOOD with a FEW WEAPONS, NOT THE MASTER OF EVERYTHING! A PISTOLEER IS A FOCUS PROFESSION ON ONE WEAPON! **edit**!

M bountyhunter using a pistol vs M pistoleer should not win

M bounthunter using carbine vs M Carbineer should not win

M bountyhunter using everything he has available to him Carbine/pistol/LCC vs M pistoleer/carbineer, then he should win...and they do

bh should never be stronger then pistoleer. just think aobut ya bh has pisotl skills but pistoleeer is a master of pistols. why should a bh that gets some pistoleer attacks be stronger then a master pistoleer. the key words are master pistoleer
