Pistoleer/smug or pistoleer/bh is one of those rare professions that having the best equipment wont make you the best. In a pistoleer vs pistoleer battle, the winner wont be the person with the best guns. It will be the person that knows the profession best, and that normally means the person that played one the longest.

i have bh 0020, master pistols, novice commanod, smugglger 0040 and the rest of my points into hunting and i do perfectly fine in pvp
the trick is knowing your strengths
with the launcher, turrets and at-st's go down easy
against regular guys, use a dx2/scatter or geo depending on their resists:
if the numbers floating above their head is very small, switch to acid, as it bypasses PSG's (and it's the only weapon we have that does that with AP1)
