That was removed from the loot tables because of "game balance issues", no one knows if it's ever coming back.


This doesn't really make any sense because it would never be available in sufficient numbers to affect anything since it requires the schematic from the impossibly difficult DWB and the rare drop nightsister motors from an NPC that spawns once a day or something.
