Actually, the screenshot shows that he fired fan shot and hit six targets, not necessarily firing fanshot six times.

And also, even with a 1.8 pistol, you do NOT cap fanshot with only master pistoleer, you fire at 1.1 seconds. I am guessing that the combat log time stamps are rounding to the nearest second making it appear that you're capped when in truth, you ain't capped for anything but the marksman moves, double tap and health2. Unlucky.

I agree 100% with everything that you just said. The time stamp is a piece of crap when it comes to online gaming, I just dug up several hundred more screenies showing me just how rediculous it can be. Stopping shot hitting 5 targets in 3 seconds......gimmie a break....thats impossible. And for the fan shot comment, yes I hit six targets each every 1.1 seconds.......the time stamp just shows it as once a second......my bad for just rounding it off.

This may be a relatively innane question, but are we sure that the special-modifiers are including our speed skill and not just running from the weapon's natural speed rating?
I'm guessing they must, otherwise riflemen would be 15-20 seconds between big specials, but it's difficult to tell with any certainty on pistols.

Don't waste them in armor. Put them in an Ubese shirt or bandolier, or a Mabari belt. All of those can be worn with a full set of composite and they have no condition so they dont decay.

Veehawk just try more pistols, I use a 1.4, a 1.8 and a 1.9 and can very well tell the difference.

lol

I have over 50 krayted pistols, all of which are 1.8 and faster. I just listed the 1.8 since it is the slowest and the one that is questionable as to whether or not "IT" speed caps. My 0.8 speed FWG5 speed caps, along with all of the others from 0.9 - 1.8 and so forth. Also, I am starting to disbelieve that pos time stamp since it doesn't make much sense after I have now looked at over a few hundred combat logs proving it's unworthyness.

I think you misunderstood me. I have more pistols too but I use these three all the time one after another and therefore see the difference very clearly, not because of a combat log but the action.
