Anyone know when WoW is coming out? I wasn't too interested before, but I'm starting to think I'm going to have some time on my hands.

And I sure as hell am not getting EQ2, at least not until it's been out and stabilized for a year. I can't believe anyone playing SWG sincewould even THINK about getting EQ2 right now.

WoW is coming out around the middle of 04.

I am currently alpha testing the game now, and it is the most unbelievable game I have ever played MMORPG, and any other game for that matter.

My account runs out tommorrow so I wil no longer be able to post.

Interesting today that SOE said they had 250k subscribers. That means their should be thousands and thousands of people in every single town (even the empty planets at peak time).

I may give this game another try in 6 months or so, unless it hasbeen shut down. I even doubt I will try it then. The hitlerian policies of closing post that do not agree with SOE has left a very bad tase in my mouth. I could handle the bugs and occasional server downtime, but I cannot handle all the crazy nerfings.

I just cannot see paying 15 bucks a month for the most expensive MMORPG ever, for the game in this state.

O well, I am off to play some WoW!!!!!

LOL That coming from a company with at least 4 years experience in MMORPG.

Only retards whine about nerfing. If someone has an advantage think of a way around it. And if something is deficient try and fix it.

I only whine when they do something REALLY stupid like stop medics from healing pets, stop bleeding on ATSTs but allow doctors to buff or heal them, etc.

Unfortunately there is way too much stupid stuff going on.

Hehe. I cancelled 2 weeks ago, in hopes that devs finally get the point that nerfing XP rates and using PvP as an excuse is not a good approach. Made master pistoleer to find out my tactics and maste boxes will be just near-to-useless.

Well they have 4 days to "listen", but I don't think they can do anything about it. Goodbye swg, and hope to see you all in another game, or if worse comes to worse after they overhaul Star Nerf Galaxies

My last day is tommorrow, and I have pleaded with the devs for over 600 post now to not make me leave. O well.

My biggest problem with SWG is that it has become more frustrating to play than fun.

The first month was some of the funniest gaming that I have ever had.

Alas, the second was some of the most frustrating gaming I have ever had.

O well. If I may quote the famous Butthead "Come to me World of Warcraft, come to Butthead!"

the devs are now listening to a bunch of pvp griefers and mass nerfing instead of fixing. thats a great idea. lose all your customers and hope the few hundred griefers pay for the server bill.

I would think that the Dev's have either completely lost all sense and logic...or....they are listening to the players and the PvP griefers are the majority. Can they really be the Majority?? hmmm lets hope not! but it must be..surely the Dev's can't be void of sense and logic? ARGG we are in a lose lose situations! Thanks goodness is around thecorner ...I think I'll need a new game too.!
