and you can get a nightsister lance to use at 0002 brawler with dual health poison and disease to go with bleed dots
the 284 poison for 180s i have on my ns lance just messes people up

I thought Panic Shot only stopped them from attacking for 10 seconds. How would that stop them from getting up and/or following you? How is Panic Shot different than Warcry?

Nevermind. Just logged in to see what the "hover" texts for these specials were. Panic Shot says "action" which would mean standing up as well. Warcry says "attack time".
Never knew this about Panic Shot. Nice. Gonna tinker tonight.

Panic Shot = Ranged Warcry
Their actions are delayed, wether that be standing or shooting or whatever
Yes, /lowblow + /panicshot is very nice for getting that persistent person or mob off your back or stop em at range to deal major damage.

And when fighting a Melee-er, it's a great way to get 'em off your back, and give you some kiting distance.

I tried getting a Dizzy state with a carbine using Full Auto Single 1. Is the state random because I got Blind out of it twice? How useful is Full Auto Single 2 from Novice Carbineer?

FullAutoSingle1 can cause Dizzy, Stun and/or Blind. FullAutoSingle2 does much more damage, and I would assume it has a higher chance to stick a state. But I believe each of the states is equally likely to stick from both attacks (ie. I don't think that there's a higher chance to hit Blind than there is to score a Dizzy). I've scored a Blind/Stun/Dizzy all in one shot once from a FAS1.

Just a thought, itmayalso be affected by a persons Def vs the state as well. So a person with high def vs blind but lower def vs stun may get stunned from the shot more than blind. Although in PvE i think its completly random

My testing was vs. higher level Nightsisters, not in PvP. I'm gonna do some more tinkering. Hard to find "tinker" mobs that don't flat out die with the first couple of shots.
