I think you are misstaken about the Pistol Speed bit, cause if i recall they dont plan to force people away from dabbling but to balace it, Speed will be a bonus but have its costs.. You will now be able to spam forever even tho you are capped cause as said there will be a limit to specials! Speed will let you fire quicker but you will risk killing your self cause you cant do more specials and other way somone who dont speed cap will fire slower but will have specials the "in a way" last longer!
