Well I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who "burns" through guns, and with 20k dx2s i wouldnt really consider it a problem. But what do you do with the DE-10 that you payed 2 mil for? I just don't understand they can keep repairs in the state that they're currently in with loot like the DE-10/geo pistol/razor knuckler.

But anway, judging from everyones replies, im using PUs a little too frequently...

I use PUPs on my Basic DX2 whenever i am going after something that cons yellow or red to me... I used to use them all teh time, but when i took my pistol down 4/500 points in one 3 hour session i decided it was a bit to much.

I use them on my other more expensive guns (Geo, enhanced FWG5) only when going after something really tough... I want those guns to last

They do increase the decay on the weapon, but I know a good weaponsmith with a fair number of weapon repair SEAs and 100% repair kits... he quite gets near perfect fixes quite often, and when my gun eventually dies he knows i will by several off of him until i get a good damage slice...

If you want to get good repairs i suggest you find yourself a friendly weaponsmith with tapes and good kits, or buy yourself a load of weapon repair tapes and some damn fine repair kits.

I use power-ups about 85% of the time, the only time I don't really is when I run out them lol.

I'm Master Artisan, so I make my own Power-ups (and sell them), I put alot of focus on Damage, speed, & wound chance %.

As for repairs, I make sure I use a 99% tool. The prices are good for these right now on Eclipse. I shop around and pay around 1-2k per tool. (the ones I make don't come out good for some reason , thats why I buy). Crates are out them, but make sure to break downt he price per tool, so that you don't get burned.
