heh.. my WS had 2 of them and they disappeared out of his inventory mysteriously this morn... when he built new ones they weren't nearly as good :/

I was told by a WS thatyou get the cert. when you join a faction. But you are only cert. while overt. He saidit was like another Faction perk but avail. to both sides
