Unfortunately, rifles have just a diverse array of damage types to choose from. I'm wondering how damage types will be addressed in the combat balance.

ok i am strictly pistols and i can kick ass... as simple as that... i admit i have forked over about 35-40mil on it... but with some good money invested in it you are a very viable threat... i havent lost a one on one duel since i got my new guns *grins* so yeah it takes some money but once you get the good toys... bring em on!!

i had no prob against a lfd-r rifleman ( well haha it was a bit of a prob, close match) but i did win... and im not saying i am only pistoleer but i am only pistols... and yes i admit it did takea large amoutn of money to be a good pvper but i am... my uber pistols spamming eyeshot with speed cap and a bunch accuracy CAs and AAs that blue texted damage spam above his head was blurred with numbers...

With BH 0040 hell yeah, no problem, keep em coming!

Without BH 0040... nah. I would pick rifleman instead.

With scout 4000you run up slopes like they where not even there. I often forget this and accidently leave my allies behind. Burstrun is a great ally for Pistoleers, and can even further be boosted by Nutricake.

With BH 0040 you will have 125 accuracy when running, and Stopping Shot with a 2,5s pistol will take 1.0s to fire!!!

So I do 1500-2500 dmg per second with my geo.

The trick with Pistoleer and PvE = Keep running.

Mpistol,desperado,rouge,nov commando, i soloed i spiderclan elder last evening, took just under one hour. Krayte scatter, Torso shot, healthshot 2, nutricake, spam last ditch and kite at 60m, then Feign death untill no longer tired and repeat. I got 3842 creds but it was definatly fun. mostly cuz i could watch t.v. while FD.

master pistoleer didn't help much, but de-10 is nice to have

Fan shot is nice in PvE. Medium armor is a pain in back side though. As always, look to the CB to "fix it all".

Fan Shot is "OK" not good not bad it all depends when you use it, it can make or break you. If your not carful u can end up wit 5 SBD's on you. Dont ask it happened to me
