I use my LP alot....especially in conjunction with /lowblow

Because the imagery in my mind just finds it amusing to groinshot someone with an explosive round.

heh, your fridays must be about as productive as mine are. Assuming you're at work that is.

hmm, maybe stun damage to the groin area. At least there isn't physical scarring like in acid damage... owie.

When we get right down to it is there really a "good" round to get hit in the groin with?

QFE!

I don't actually know what that means (QFE), and maybe you don't get certified for it until 1500 posts, but I've seen other troll-like people use it, and I thought I'd give it a shot. But yeah, I'm just getting a "You are not certified to use this weapon. Your effectiveness with it will be greatly reduced" message.

If you look at the launcher pistol from a commando perspective it's just silly. They have no ability with it at all. It's like us having to use the rocket launcher, just ain't gonna happen.

It forces two things:

A. It forces a pistoleer to use 6 skill points to recive a blast weapon that is little used.

B. It forces a commando to take several boxes in pistoleer to even be able to hit anything with the launcher that they recieve in the novice box.

It would be better for all involved to give the launcher to pistoleers and give the commandos something of there own in the novice box.

to someone who's only mastered pistoleer, it takes a LOT more skill points than just 6

i got a nice one that's 397 with damage PU and 2.7 speed. I save it to use on kimo dragons if they by my house on lok lol

geef made me a sweet one with some gorax bone shards..... 2.1 speed, and with powerup it's like 418 dmg
i almost fainted after i powered it up after that 28% damage slice... the thought that it could still be a bit better just floored me

LP > all other pistols

The LP is my favorite gun ingame. I can't wait for the CURB which will eliminate defense stacking so I can exchange my fencer defense for novice commando and finally be re-united with my favorite weapon.

I don't know..

The LP wouldn't be as special as it is now if they just moved it to the pistoller line.

What they should do is get rid of the acid flamer or heavy weapons line (or fix them!) and make it pistoll stuff... Similar to smuggler. That way a pistoller can either go 0040 smuggler or 0004 commando with bh pistol or give up bh pistol and get both.

I was speaking to the majority. There are very few people out there who have just mastered pistoleer.
