This was my analysis exactly when I gave it another round of tests today. I also got some funky "You cannot see that target" errors every time there was 1 target within the area of effect that I could not see.


So the question is, what do we want it to do? Keep it as 32m, but make it formidable? Health damage? Random HAM? State effect?
