Somewhere along the line I got a republic blaster cert, although even the newest of blasters still states Certified: no.

Take one out into the field though and its doing full damage, also there is no moan message when you equip it.

Proberbly the strangest remaining issue is the wacky ranged mod that makes this pistol more accurate at 64m than it is at 0m!

Its like your own personal mini-rifle.
