I agree with this sentiment in principal. However, given the reality of the game hunting without armor just isnt very feasable. Well I guess it is feasable if you decide not to join solo groups for missions. Even then given the fact that most npc's utilize specials youd be more than a little foolish to forgoe armor, even if its just ubese.

I only have my armor on when Im hunting or fighting, the rest of the time Im sporting my snazzy duds.
