Way overpowered damage, and i mean OMG WAY....a negative on AP2....it woudl ruin the point of carbineer or rifleman.

well i just read a post on the tarquinas forum talking about a green carbine with a 4000-6000 max and thats friggin insane.....we should have a gun doing like 1000 max dmg or something cuz i know some rifles will eventually go like seriously uber....but hey yeah we should have good weapons.....and just so u know the gun is real a friend of mine saw a guys with it solo a krayt and take it down in less then a min.....

Not that I wouldn't want this, but it would be way too overpowering. An Expert BH & Master Pistoleer would be extremely dominant with this type of weapon. PlusI don't think any pistol should be AP2.

We do need a larger variety of guns though and having a nice one at Master Pistoleer would be nice since the only real perk of Master now is better speed. Something more like this would be more realistic though:

Min/Max: 100 - 240 dmg

Spd: 2.0

AP1, Cold Damage, Cert at Master Pistoleer

That would make it with about the same speed as a pre-nerf FWG5, with more damage (not a whole lot though), and AP1. Plus different damage type. Roughly comparable to a scatter pistol. I don't think that's out of line if its only available to a Master Pistoleer.

Great score on the pic of Kyle Katarn's Blaster. That's a sweet looking pistol. Beats the scatter hair dryer look and the DX2 (which by design could never be holstered).

I suggest we make this pic the rally flag for our master gun regardless of the stats - just make it this **edit** cool to look at!

honestly we need a gun with a max over 300......or maybe like avg. max non-krayt for it should be like 250 and with krayt like 340 or something around there....cuz to get a good weapon now-a-days is a pain in the butt

Yes that would be cool. Of course a weapon that shot cold would be nice period. The rifles get it but we don't. There are several creatures on Tat that have a good cold vulnerability, but I can't take advantage of it. Blah. Yet we have 2 energy pistals? Go fig.
