Im Master Bounty Hunter, Master Pistoleer and once they dropped Master Marksman with the CU i picked up Smuggler 4000... I must admit i have quite the skills to control my targets Movement, Attack Speed and /concussionShot i got from Novice is highly effective at giveing you a 20sec rest to heal up Action or Health... Only problem is that i have no healing exept Stim D's at all, but im doing good against most things ingame exept ranged high level Mobs with Health over 30k! Im lucky have have some 1.3k Janta Stims that heal almost 50% of my Health every 30sec or so with someRuby!

I am a Master Pistoleer and Master Bounty Hunter, and if your fighting jedi which i have alot of experience in. Snares are useless! I dropped pistoleer for master rifleman for a few weeks to check it out and the knee cap shot doesnt work, not even on MOBs.

I get the message that it is snared and thedebuff box shows up under the target;s health bar as normal.Even thoughyourtarget is snared and movement is hindered but the jedi or MOB will move like they are not. I think force run counters snare, im not sure but never had it work on a jedi to slow them down.

As for the snare from carbineer's crippling shoti couldnt tell you if that works as intended, im more inclined to believe that knee cap shot is a bugged special.

I switched back to pistoleer and stopping shot is best, use warning shot first and then stopping shot and it lands almost every time.

I might try carbineer at a later time and see how their specials work.
