"I doubt it, as the cap for crafted HC Scatters on Max Damage is 948. It's been tested time and time again, with even +300 tissues. You won't be seeing post-CU guns with those kinds of stats, IMO."
That would make sense, I crafted the the 993 max HC Scatter 2 days after CU went live, but roughly 2 weeks later using the exact same tissues, resources and componment, I got results nowhere near as good as that and I was confused as hell of why, same happened on a few other guns I tried to compare.
WS crafting was great for the first week or so of the CU, but eventually damage rate and even SAC got harder to maintain in crafts. My first DL44 XT I crafted got a SAC of 80 or so then a few weeks ago before I cancelled my WS account, the lowest I could get was somewhere around 106 or so and it was frustrating (used same componments from crates).
Hopefully smuggler slicing will get SAC and range mods slices like it did in CU beta.

Makes me happy I spent 300k on the 962, 84 SAC HC I bought the other week - was worried it was a major rip off but was the best I could find. Now I know why...

1k+ damage on a de-10 is definately possible. I once got an 8% damage slice post-CU. A damage capped DE-10 would then be 1036 max =P

I think we were talking about preslice. Many pistols can make 1k if you count a slice and/or pup

My Featherweight is 977 max with 84 SAC. 
Got it ADK'd with a pretty good SAC powerup.

My pre-CU made DE-10 has a max damage of 1009 without a powerup.
The SAC is 84.
