I don't understand...many of you stated they can and enjoy it, I use it with stopping shot for...30 dmg.

How can everyone use it but me exactly ?

Ihave the cert listed under skills page. The post patch republic blasterI boughtsays not certified when I examine it,butwhen I equip it there is no message that comes up saying I'm not certified.It does very good damage. I have a pre-patch made one too but that one comes up with the message and doesn't put out the damage it should.

I will go and purchase 1 tonight and post tomo if i can use it.

Zabrak, no cert, post-patch gun works fine.
