Thread: Combat balance delayed, what should be our priority for the interim fixes?

I think we should ask for fixes that will make us more powerful with respect to PvE, not PvP. Regardless of what "fixes" the devs implement, Jedi will still be farming non-jedi for PvP ranking. I can't speak for everyone, but I sure don't want to participate in such a lopsided competition.

I have been a master doc since day one and I am pistoleer 0444 when on a raid or hunting I normally take care of my group.
but some times the mobs decide i would make a tasty snack
it would be nice if stopingshot accually stoped the mob once in a while or melee devence would knock the mob down for more that 1/2 a second.
some times if our group gets over whelmed I will pull one of the mobs so the fighters don't take quite so much damage.
i would like to be able to at least some damage while i wait for the fighters to clear there slates and come save me.
I agree with the others, if they make the specials more specific it would ad more tactics to combat.
ie. the pointblank line REALLY works best up close.
melee defence did a usable knockdown and empart a dizzy or stun.
you got health shot 1 and 2 and from what I hear 2 does more damage but one is faster such that it accually does more damage
is it me or do a major portion of the mobs resist pistol damage heh
I have a DX2 for acid,FWG5 for heat,Republic Blaster for energy, and tangle pistol or Geo blaster for stun.
the way i read it is if you have a weapon that does outstanding damage then you just stick with it and burn through the resists.
but if your weapons do about the same damage then go with the voulnerabilitys or at least stear clear of the heavy resists.
