Dual wielding sounds cool, but preferably not just for Pistoleers... Im sure 1-handed weapon people would like to dual-wield too... But, if you do that for them, the other weapon specialistprofessions will want a "gimmick" as well, though I can think of what right now for them...

And more weapons is always cool... Maybe some Smuggler-only pistols if im lucky...

Pistoleer should NOT be comparible to BH unless pistoleer carries the master marksmen and master scout requirement, then only then should the be comparable.

I think dual wield will work without any penalties *provided* you combine the HAM costs of each gun. I mean think about it, you'll do more damage with Double Tap for example, but you'll have to pay the stat costs of both guns, effectively and naturally balancing out the costs. If it still needed balance after that though, then yeah, an accuracy reduction would be a good way to compensate.

Dual wield has more advantages than simple "looks cool, more damage" though....think about it, we get good dx2's working, for example, you could have a dx2 in one hand and a Scout or FWG5 in the other, effectively giving you better armor penetration advantages by having different blast types.

most positive piece is the confirmation of my suspicions. They will be adding new weapons into the game. Our issue with the BH pistol went out the window because hopefully this means there will be some cool higher pistoleer cert pistols.

One of your top 5 issues was requesting a "twirly" move?

Im sure many proffesions wish they had the problems you all do =)

Im really disappointed that we wasted our issues on stupid frilly things like "twirly moves" (gag) and stupid holsters.

We have real issues like our defense modifiers not doing a **edit** thing, and specials like Body Shot 3 that are just as busted but aren't mentioned here. Very disappointing and discouraging that our correspondents can be swayed so to report that other garbage.

Wow, pistoleers have it great, its good to see a finished class. A few weapon certs I agree with, making you comparable to BH is a bit much seeing as you pay less than half they do skill wise, and those other cool featues will really make the class shine.

That is horrible!!!!

Out of 6 questions answered, 2 are TOTALLY wasted on issues of cosmetics, twirling and holsters!!

What about IMPORTANT issues like our defensive bonuses not working? Ugh..

ya duel wield pistols is great if you let rifleman duel wield. Pistoleers already own the other elite weapons classes and now this bull crap about duel wielding? cmon i thought the goal was to balance fighting not give already strong professions and overpopulated professions better moves.

Why have the second pistol do much of anything? It would be good enough just sitting there, acting like it's firing even though it isn't.... It would still look hella cool.

Will disarming shotbe useful for anythingother thangriefingg someone by tearing up their favorite weapon?

Are you likely to be able to destroy an NPCs or PCsweapon quickly enough to make this ability useful for winning a fight?

I guess the weaponsmiths will like it.

II have to admit, Jaegen88 is a **edit** good pistoleer correspondent.

Though I am disappointed in the twirly and comestic issues were considered to be top priority.
