in the art of combat post TH says they are improving the FWG5 as pistoleer's get stronger... will some1 tell him that we want better DX2's and not fwg5's.

who cares, republic blasteris better to start with, its AP1, now getting the republic as a pistoleer specific certification is another story.

who cares? I care. More things are energy resistant than they are acid resistant. I'd much rather have a fixed Dx2 than a Republic Blaster. Maybe YOU don't care, but I do.

Blech.

Compared to my Pre-Nerfed FWG5, DX2s suck! (59-206 @ 1.5 Speed)

they say that they'll be spreading out weapon certs more.

so there will be high-level FWG5 cert at master pistoleerand low-level FWG5 cert lower down. etc.

i'm hoping that the devs are fixing our weapons when they redo the cert system.

do you guys like this new implementation?

You're reading what he said too literally. What Thunderheart meant is that instead of having one pistol be the "best" pistol and come low in Marksman, we'd have a variety of pistols throughout Marksman and Pistoleer and they would get better as you climb up the tree.

He probably should have been clearer, but that's what he meant.

i carry all three guns. so when the situation is at hand, i got the weapon to back up my statements instead of using a pea shooter at a pea restant target, i pull out my spit ball straw and take it down.

What philosopher said - Thunderheart didn't mean they were making the FWG5 better, he meant they were making more weapons for everybody (pistols included) and implied the high-end ones would be as good/better than the FWG5.

Just curious has anyone tested out the Armor Piercing on the Republic Blaster and DX2?

Technically shouldn't the damage above the targets head be more than the damage in your combat window for AP weapons? If this is the case....I know for a Fact that the Republic Blaster is not working properly.

Any Feedback?
