No, there is a rifle shot called Flurry Shot or Flushing Shot or some crap like that that actually posture up an enemy.
Using this attack you can "pull" someone out of feign death. You don't need to DoT them, just have a rifleman.

ok theres this jackass on kettemor, I wont mention his name, but he runs around harrasing people, hes been reported god knows how many times, but the CSRs dont care. The issue is, he sucks ass, except that he has a dot mindfire, dot mind poison, and dot mind disease. oh yeah, and FD, so all he does it apply those three then go FD and wait for the triple incap. The question is, there any way to beat this? I also believe theres a bug with FD that makes it start when you normally would be incaped, even if it hasnt finished the wait time before it happens. Sorry if thats a bit vague, cant realy think of the best words to describe it...

The only way, ironicly, to beat FD is to use DOTs. They ticking of the DOT wont let him FD and as long as nothing hits him, he will triple incap as well. You can get resistance buffs to help with the disease and poison, i suggest you stay by water to get rid of the fire and have a doctor handy.

Don't beat him, beat his weapons. Use disarm shots to hit his weapons. Do it enough times and he'll soon stop fighting you... either that or his weapons will get ruined. I know that some thinks this shot doesn't work, but i have heard about accounts where someone has lost a good weapon due to disarm shots. Note that if he feigns with his weapon equipped you will have a very good chance to destroy it... as with his armor.

Dont listen to this guy, not only would that be considered griefing and highly frowned upon, that doesnt even work. Please dont post such idiotic suggestions.

1) Posture up attacks did use to break FD. But this was a bug and was patched pretty recently before the release of JTL (much to the disdain of many bounty-hunters. Un-counterable vulnerability? What the fuzz?)
2) Disarming shot does not, repeat not, hurt the conditions of weapons.
If you really want to take the guy out, get a ganksquad with a doc. Or, change your template to include parts of doc/CM. A mate of mine has that and pistoleer and running into him in PvP/PvE is great. Unless your going to try and kill him. That's not-quite-so great.

is this in PVP, or are you dueling this person...I would just /addignore this person if he really is annoying you...if its in PVP a group of people should still be able to take him down...especially if you have a doc with you.

Okay I admit that I have been too quick in referring to information without examining it first. Apparantly I was misinformed about the effect of disarm shots. I apologize for this.
As for the griefing part, then it has on several occasions been stated by CSR's that it is not griefing to shoot at a person in FD. Besides shooting at a FD player is no worse than using deliberate triple incap. In my world there's no mercy for the wicked and if you fight dirty things get messy.
Apparently it is not considered idiotic to suggest to use bugs in the game to pull people out of FD. Guess griefing is worse than cheating. Posture change did work to get people out of FD... I tried it myself. Just to clearify... I wasn't the cheating part...
