PVP pistoleers get yet another nerf. Yes its an indirect nerf , most of you pvp pistoleers had 4 boxes of the smuggler class(and for you people that say this info belongs on the smuggler forum ; i say psss offf) Well panic shot has received a major nerf. It will delay nothing anymore. Instead of you being able to use low blow(our ranged knock down) then using panic shot which would delay any action by your target for 10 seconds. (this kept the enemy on the ground for 10 seconds ) now panic shot will be totaly useless in pvp it will only delay 10 seconds unless u attack the target so it will only be good for a breather lol guzzle some drugs heal or food. I guess u hit panic shot then tab out. I guess the developers want pistol pvp to be ludicrous.

IT'S PATHETIC THAT THEY ARE DOING THIS I ALREADY KNEW, BUT IT IS HORRIBLE. JUST NERF THE SCREWED UP PROFESSIONS ONCE MORE, RIGHT

Whats pathetic is that they cant fix it so that the font size on this forum is fixed

WEll, I can understand why they didnt want 10 seconds on panic shot, because when you have a prof as fast as pistoleer and smuggler 10 seconds can be lethal, but knocking off the delay entirely doesnt make too much sense. If people are spamming panic shot, then they should just make the delay 5 seconds and add a bigger HAM cost for using it.

..besides if my last ditch don't get you then my unarmed hit 3 will,so smile and thank the sony gods who gave you a option to have these skills...if you don't like panic shot,then get panic shot and hope you are faster than your opponent.have a great day

TH said he would talk to one of the devs about possibly not having the delay nerf apply to panic shot. He said he would get back to us, but so far hasn't.

we pistoleers dont get a dizzy shot, so imo this 10 sec delay is essential to the profession.

The diff between a dizzy/posture down, or dizzy/kd and a delay is you can run with a delay on. Make tracks for a break in LOS, or get the hell out of dodge if it's gettin to hot. With a dizzy on ya all you can do is watch yer ham fall. Which one is overpowered again?

Wow... you know what's pathetic? All the so-called "pistoleers" that have to rely on panic shot in order to win duels or be usefull in PvP. The only usefull thing of the dirty fighting tree is last ditch, which happens to be awesome.

If last ditch is yer uber move, yer not a pistoleer, yer a smuggler.
Panic shot was/is an awesome set up for fanshot, the AOE on panic counts as the first attack so anything in the panic cone is ripe to be fanned. Closest thing to crowd control we have since they removed the ranged AOE KD from DA2. Now if they only fix the AOE bug so we don't need a second attack to trigger ours properly.

Its BS that they nerf Panic Shot. You can't even begin to compare warcry and panic shot. The skill point cost alone between Warcry1 and its equal Panic Shot are a good enough reason to not consider the move overpowered or requiring a nerf.

Well it is pretty apparent that Pistoleer isn't very powerful in PVP. So I say this, when in PVP I'm gonna start spamming Disarm Shot 2. I atleast get the satisfaction of knowing I damaged your weapon.
