Drop all gimpoleer skills and pick up rifleman or a melee profession... ANY melee profession.
Trust me, gimpoleer is a waste of skillpoints, I'm pissed that I made the mistake of mastering it.
All broken specials (going on over a year now), super low damage, slower than rifleman, and about zero accuracy. I miss anything?
Spelled strategy properly...lol.

I TOLD them they should have made our spherical space station out of the same magnetically shielded walls as the garbage compactor! -Sleksheea

i beat rifles every day....not even a fair fight.
how? stay closer than 60 meters.
broken specials and all.

is pistoleer a good pve profession? i only have enough skill points to get 2 skill trees in any combat profession. should i go pistols 4004 or should i do tk 4004? again, i only want to pve

its not to bad anymore being able to pick up BH and all

Pistoleer + BH Pistol 4 + Dirty Fighting 4... and stay close to the rifleman.
Melee Defense (or Low Blow), Panic Shot... and have your way with him. Bleed him and set him on fire to boot. He won't be doing anything but lying on his back for 10 seconds.

That's not "Pistoleer". That's "Pistoleer + Bounty Hunter + Smuggler".

Master pistoleer + BH Pistol 4 + DF 4 + Novice Commando = Pistol fanatic
Every single pistol certification and every pistol mod (except for accuracy +10 at MBH...) I would class that as a "pistoleer". More of a "pistoleer" than just Master Pistoleer, even.

The pistol techniques line is one of the best line of skills out of any profession. You get ranged mitigation, some nice specials (some of which actually work!) and a ton of defenses. If nothing else, pistoleer is handy just for that.

i dropped giant dune kimogilas with a launcher pistols and last ditch, ive been a master rifle and most melee. PvP wise if you pick up more than just pistoleer youll do very well.

Well... if you're not going to spend your other 158 points... can I please have them?
Maybe the idea is, using some of your remaining skill points to make your chosen profession more powerful and less vulnerable.

You're welcome any day of the week to come after me without Buffs since I see no Doctor in your Template. After all, your template seems to be based around speed and offense. So obviously you wouldn't need buffs to take out a healer, now would you? Bring all other defensive measures you want, but make sure not to be buffed. Really, it shouldn't be difficult for you to beat me, should it?

That's like saying unless you armorsmith you ca't wear amor and unless you are a weaponsmith you can't use weapons. I don't understand the argument.
