I mean read the title.. MASTER MARKSMAN nobody should be better at shooting ANY kind of gun in game or have HIGHER accuracy then a MASTER MARKSMAN.. I mean how much better can you get then MASTER MARKSMAN. A master pistoleer only knows what?? PISTOLS and he isn't a MASTER MARKSMAN so he shouldn't be nearly as good as a MASTER MARKSMAN.

we need a MAJOR boost in power in MASTER MARKSMAN box. I think the MASTER MARKSMAN should have a shot 2x stronger then stopping shot and be able to use it with all the weapons because we are called MASTER MARKSMAN.

I don't care if it takes pistoleers more xps, or more of thier points, I don't care if it takes more time, and i don't care if it takes more effert.. Simply because the name is called MASTER MARKSMAN I should be better.. I mean isn't it just logical??

Never happen because

A. It is a starting profession

B. No one likes you

So by your theory a Master Marksman should be equal or better to someone that is a master pistoleer, master rifleman and master carbineer....

Master Marksman is a more specialized title than Master Pistoleer.

So if you wear the Master Marksman title, you should be able to headshot/bodyshot/legshot with any gun at any range for ten bazillion fakillian mabillian damage!

The fact that so many people still don't get it really bothers me so I'm gonna try one last time to explain. Here's an SAT word association: EQ Warrior is to BH, as EQ ranger is to masters pistoleer/scout/medic. How is this you say? Simple, in SWG there is one and only one role specific class: bounty hunter. In EQ you have clerics, warriors, rogues, and monks which have very specific roles. Warrior takes damage, cleric heals/buffs, rogues and monks to damage etc. Like those classes a bounty hunter is only efficient at killing PvP. Can he use his 33 points to pick up some medic? Yes. Just about as proficiently as a warror could bandage himself. Now how bout a pistoleer? He can also master medic, which while not as good as a combat medic or doctor is leaps and bounds above a 33 skill point medic. Is that all? NO. He can also take up CH, maybe master scout, hell he could be a master of all three combat arms. A ranger, while proficient in melee combat also has limited healing abilities, can DoT and buff/debuff (its been awhile so I could be wrong). He's not HARDWIRED to a specific funciton. You wanted to do 1 task really well you took a pure class cleric, warrior, monk, etc. You wanted utility and variety you took a hybrid. But wait a bounty hunter is considered a hybrid class! I thought this post illustrated pretty nicely the folly of relying on symantics? If you really believe that "/tip" is used in game the same way you would use it in a restaurant, well then I can't help you. You can go to the Doctor boards for more information on symantics. A hybrid is a class that is a combination of different classes. Bounty hunter a hybrid? In name only. Its the SINGULAR class in this game that if you were to master you could master NOTHING ELSE. A master pistoleer? Hell me personally I plan on mastering 2 "elite" and 1 "hybrid" professions one of which being pistoleer.

So let me understand, theres a "hybrid" class in SWG that if you were to master you could only master it. And theres an "elite" class that is one of a couple other master "elite" professions you can possess simultaneously. So a bounty hunter is a singular "hybrid" class among a multiple "elite" class. Who's playing with symantics now?
