Do not use this special. It does nothing worthwhile...300-800 damage and a hell of a lot of HAM use. It's another of our broken specials
It's an AOE cone nothing shot. It doesn't do bonus damage to a target, if I recall correctly, and it has a very high, well for pistol, HAM cost.
Basically there's little use for it, I'd recommend not even putting on your hotbar. Much like many of our other specials.
Disarm1 does double damage vs lairs, Disarm2 does double damage vs lairs with an increased ham cost.
Don't waste the space on this one, as Philo said is is yet another in the "pistoleer's parade" of busted specials.

DisarmingShot1 doesn't even do that. Neither shot is very useful. What everyone in the thread said about DisarmingShot2 is right -- it's broken and never worth using.

Those where the days. Could spam Disarm 2 and do 300-400 dmg in PvP with it.
