Thread: Imp Pilot Question

I have an alt, and was thinking of making her go thru the process of being an Imperial Ace. Do I need to complete the Imp themepark at any time, like the Smugglers need Jabba's themepark? Or is there a way around this?

Thanks.

Is any particular squadron favored over the other, as in missions, etc? Or do they all generally have about the same difficulty?

Difficulty is all about the same, but I only know that Storm Squadron has longer missions (which you may say makes them more difficult).

There is now a mission that you can get from a space stationin the naboo sector that will give you access to the Imp theme park without doing all the missions for it. As for squadronsI too can tell you that SS missions are long...the first tier III mission is about 1-1.5 hours long!

End mission for tier4 for Inquisition is VERY hard.

Black Epsilon got a very interesting story.

And Storm Squadron is endless carnage.

As for entering Emperors Retreat. Talk to the guy outside.

Now you can even land up there.

As hard as the one for Storm Squadron, I've done both and more than once.

Um, no. Storm Squadron has a lot harder missions. If you are really good you can solo Black Epsilon. The Tier 3's are tough, but I did all but 2 Tier 3 missions solo.

The Inquisition can be pretty hard too. The Inquisition seems to alternate between hard and very hard every other mission. Epsilon is just hard the whole way through, and Storm Squadron is very hard the whole way.

None of them are "easy" though. From having helped a few Storm Squadron pilots, and having done the Inquisition myself, I've found about the only major difference between the two isn't the tasks assigned, it is just that half the storm squadron missions are twice as long.

Longer missions mean you have to keep your ship alive a lot longer, which for imperials, makes it really hard to survive that much abuse solo.

As for the Emperor's Retreat, you only need to go in there if you are doing the Inquisition track. You only need access to the inside for tier 3 and 4, and now there is a mission you can take from Naboo Space station that, upon completion, will give you access to all the areas in the retreat you need for the Pilot trainers.

Yup, never said easy

Just that Storm is tougher, and that it is possible to solo Black Epsilon.

I actually like the difficulty degree, without help, it will take a long time, with just a bit of help it is possible and fun.

And for Master vette, well...you can solo as Imp, but it is much easier with help.

You have to kill 30, and I believe it does reset if you leave the system. Get a group, all of their kills will count for your 30.
