I got two masteries; privateer and imperial. So i flew on most of the ships that imperial trooper can fly. But only one of them is the king of the sky. It is a Decimator, not a Firespray. Firespray we got in the game is a pathetic defused replica of the original. Decimator is the closes thing to the Firespray in the game. All players including rebel Aces and regular rebel pilots were saying WOOT and WOWand THIS TOTALLY PWNS THE NOVA on board of my Decimator. I think the rest of the comments are not needed.

Hmm. Maybe you can explain why the Decimator is better then any of the other ships. I'm having a hard time understanding why the decimator would be leaps and bounds better then the Nova as you say.

I'm personally a pretty big fan of the Krayt, both in PvE and in PvP.....very manuverable for a high mass ship, and a relatively sleek profile.

I actually have three ships that I use and they are all my favorites.

1. My Dunelizard- I have this thing built out perfect. Took a lot of tweaking but this thing matches my flying style perfect. I can out damage most other ships to get the loot just on pure fact that I am deadly accurate with this ship tuned to my abilities. This is my work horse ship and my ship that I use to grind credits and FP. I also use this ship for PvP just because it is harder to hit.

2. My Krayt- This ship is now my current focus to get tuned to my flying abilities. As of right now I only take it out on special occasion when I really need to blow something up and fast. If someone needs help to get through missions and they want to get it done fast. Well this ship packs a punch to take anything down and agile enough to keep up with TIE fighters. Once tuned could be a very deadly ship.

3. YT-1300- First off what ship is more Star Wars then this. As far as all the MP ships go this is the better ship. It has a smaller to-hit profile. It also offers the best field of view for the gunners and allows for a large over-lap where both the top and bottom turrets can hit the same target.

After having gone through Privateer and now a Rebel Ace, I gotta giove some love to my X-Wing. Man I love flying that ship. I used to be a huge KSE fan, and although I do miss the firepwer, my dual REd borstel disrupters crank out some damage in that nimble X-Wing. Can I say tier 5 aggressors in 5 shots. Woot! I used to really love the Dune to. What a great Tier 1 ship that was. I have not tried an A-wing, because I am afraid of losing the firepower.

in addition to my earlier post, I will also say that I am still in the process of decking out my Krayt. Afterwards, I plan to pimp out a style one dunelizard, strictly for PvP.

With that said, I was in Endor last night, trying to get myself a BS Helmet. I somehow found myself in a swarm of tier 4-5 droid ships...I quickly decided that I want one of those. I've fought just about everything in space, A-wings are tough, but these damn droid ships are near impossible to hit with 3 guns firing. Not to mention, as apposed to the a-wings, these things didn't die easy, it took me for ever just to kill one. I've been in pretty tight places up in DS, but Endor, in a droid swarm, I think is the most dangerous place in space. They keep spawning, so you can never breathe unless you can find a way to kill them much faster then I did. /shrug, maybe I was just having an off night, I dunno, but I want one of those.

Are you prepared to become a droid? Also if you remember in TPM they could transform and walk on the ground. Now that would be a pretty cool pet. Think of the firepower that thing has.
