Thread: Badge needed for Bel & RGI

This is now becoming more than annoying several tickets getting me nowhere i have over 75 badges yet still the constant spam of you do not have the badge to fly that ship any ideas.

Every single one of the 77 badges i have i only came back to game on release of total experience.
(sorry 67 badges it is) but for some reason still says i need badge collector 5 badges despite havin 25 and 50 hmm go figure

Yup, those ships are hooked to the badge collector 5 badge. Send in a ticket that you need that badge to fly those ships. Rinse and repeat 'till you've found a CSR that gives you the badge.

4th CSR even with me tellin them what to do and how to fix same crap response everytime of
we cannot tell you what badge is required to fly the RGI play the game for yourself and find out FFS u A$$hats i know what badge is needed i even told you 4 times in my ticket and its a badge i should already have, SOE has the worst customer service in i have ever come across

The more I deal with SWG's CSRs, the more convinced I am that we outsourced that division to India.

well after speakin to IG CSR in gen chat on launchpad have basicly been told if your havin this problem your FU*KED.
it will be fixed when the devs can be bothered to and considerin that pikemen still waiting on NSEL fix that is a simple think like it do energy dmg instad ofblast if crafted post cu and that has been like that since CU then i dont hold any hope shame that account has just renewed 2 days ago cos they stick it this has been there 3rd and final chance to impress me with this game and space was begining to do just that but ifyou cant use and test out someof the ships u want then whats the point.

Sentences are your friends. Punctuation marks are your allies. In my opinion, Droid Engineers are probably in the poorest state of all the professions, except for maybe sumgglers.

Typos can happen by accident. Lack of punctuation and simple sentance structure can't.

QFE. But I did Spell Check, or Check Spelling as it is written in the post creation box, and it didn't catch it.

The spell check function on this forum couldn't catch air in a ziplock bag. If I have a question about a word, I just use dicitonary.com. Of course, that doesn't help with words I think I know how to spell, but it's better than what we have here.
