I use Mozilla Firfox so I have dictionary.com, wikipedia.org, and google.com, up in the corner of my screen. It is so useful
. It also comes in handy when people attempt to use fancy words and misspell them.

heh i dont use any top and bottom if people can kind of read what i mean then it does for me its not as if its work im submitting

But you will get a greater number, more positive and more helpfull replies if you take the time to capitalize, punctuate, correctly spelland paragraph your posts. Plenty of posts around I open and close without reading a word. Content maybe be good but I like to read, not decypher.
The only impression people can give on a forum is the way they post and you're not leaving a good one.
Edit: If your tickets are written the same way, I'm not at all surprised you've filed 4 so far with no results.

nope my tickets are not wrote the same way, and eventually got an answer last night of sorts yes CSR's can credit badges but they are not allowed without a investigation which can be requested by an email to [email protected] which was sent about an hour ago so hopefully will get something back in next few days.

it might as well be heh me thinks its secretly just a computer that picks out keywords from your ? and then ctrl + v a answer ot you lets face it a lot of tickets the answer doesnt even remotely answer the origonal ?
