That sucks.

Try the other ways to contact customer service. Try the chat channels as well as do the one on one chat you can get through the website customer service part. Takes longer but in the past I have gotten good results.

Most of all be polite, use please and thank yous even if you feel like flinging your own feces at them.

Wait a minute... We HAVE Cumstomer Support? I thought it was just some computer that sent the same reply to every ticket.

just keep sending in tickets...eventually you'll get a CSR that isn't a lazy POS

You mean they do exist? So far I am having doubts. I think it's just one guy with 12 different CSR login's.. lol

Would you like to provide the exact text you used in your Ticket(s)? Maybe then we can see why a CSR was not able to assist you with your issue, and perhaps we could give some constructive advice on how to best present a problem in such a way as to maximize your chances of benefiting from a positive CSR action. If you were as sarcastic, blaming, and self-absorbed in your Ticket as your thread leads me to believe you might have been, I'd have a bit more understanding why you did not receive quite the promptest and more helpful service as can be expected from people who have to put up with pompous jerks in and out every day.

Unfortunately I am at work at this time, so I cannot provide the exact text of my tickets, but I myself work dealing everyday with customers, and doing support for them. So I do understand what you are saying and I know the way it works.

I didnt in anyway post anything rude, or sarcastic. I was very to the point, explaining what happened and provided all info they may need, like my exact negative xp values, and discriptions of what happened and how.

I find these boards are more my sounding board and place to rant, not in a CSR ticket. I know the way it is when dealing with someone and expecting help.

Yes These tickets are closed when i log back in.

I figured I would maybe be lucky to catch them , or them catch me when I am on. but both times I just logged in and got a email stating my ticket was replied to.

I will try the live chat, see if that gets me anywhere. Otherwise my other option is to maybe try leaving my toon on all night dancing or something, and hope he doesnt get booted, if I am lucky maybe they will fix it, or maybe not if I am not at my keyboard.

Either way I thank you all so far for all the help and info you have provided me with regards to this.
