Thread: Vet Civilian Protector YT-1300 in Kashyyyk space.

Anyone know how to contact the YT-1300 flying around near the Kash space station? I've asked the station for the missions and been told to talk to the transport but when I try to talk to it the station answers me instead. What's the trick? Thanks.

Are you hitting shift-C? That comms the nearest station. Target the YT and hit the key for comm target, I can't remember if it is c or \ or /, one of those three. /comm will work too.

as far as I know you get no responce anyways you need to comm the KSE firespray NPC

the YT gives you the gunboat duties.

fly near it and type /comm You get the vet duty missions, remember those Persuader gunboats from other Kash missions? Yeah, you just keep cycling through more and more of those. Not worth it for the loots in my opinion.

Easiest way is to target the YT like any other ship and press the | key. You need to be in range for this to work.

Target the yt-1300 and type /comm. This is also how you get the 2 rodans to respond.

Why would I want to type /comm when I can press the | key? (since it does the same thing and all...)

I just get close to the station and press ; to target yt1300 craft, and /comm.

Ok guys. Thanks. The YT gave me the veteran missions but instead of gunboats I just got Tier 5 Gotal's. Piece of cake. I'll try to /comm the Firespray next and see what that gets me.

you might have to be finished with the IGI/Vaksai/Xwing quest to get the gunboat duty. the YT definately gives you the mission, not the firespray.
