Please confirm this with testing.

Write a macro and try to drop it on your space toolbar

or

If you already have macros for space try to use them.

I think we've been stealth nerfed.

With the CU, I think semi-colons are required at the end of every line in a macro. My hyper macros didn't work when the CU went live. I added the semi-colon and all of my hyper macros work fine now.

Wow, who put Cheerios in your rocket fuel? Why such hate for a fun command? And please provide the Dev posted link that says it's an exploit.

If the fake missiles were a problem, they'd have been removed. And somehow, I doubt that they'll ban me for it, as the only non-NPCs I shoot them at are people I know. So kindly take the stick out of your bum. Thank you.

Overuse with the intent to lag someone out would be considered harrasment. Friendly use as a hello or warning shot is as intended. It's been a minor pilot issue for some time, and the popular solution is to put a 15-45sec timer on the "abilty"

Assuming treena is an exploiter for having a macro is unjustified, as it is entirely possible to make a macro so it can be linked to a key or button.

I am sure that people who misuse it should expect consequences, but I don't assume someone misuses it until I witness it.

No an exploit would be those lame uber shields 'some' people have and those 0 mass 0 energy draining components that again..some people have which sucks because a good pilotwith some care of how to maintain balance of gameplay andwho had an ounce of decencywouldn't use them .

Its not right and those people should learn to adopt some morals or even better get perma banned.

But getting back on track..the fake missile thing isn't an exploit..its just lame when in a pvp situation and someone does it to you because it knocks your concentration and occasionally makes you waste chaff.

But hey...who really cares, the day that everyone starts playing fair will be the day world peace is achieved so as far as exploits/lame tricks/load killing/anything lame goes.....I WON'T BE DOING IT, but anyone who does...well you get no respect from me or the majority of your fellow pilots.

I to wish that the abusers of the command would be baned. While I was in Kessler helping out a friend, some Rebel Jerk thought it would be fun to spam that command at me. So there I was no declared, dog fighting a a-wing and suddenly I had the incoming missile sound repeating constantly, constant screen shakes from imparting missiles, and my view cluttered by explosions.

It is the /citywarn situation all over again. There are simply to many jerks who will abuse such a function.

I will report anyone I se use it on me. and I will speech out aging the command every time I se it descried as harmless or just a fun command. While many players are mature enough to use it right, to many are not.

If you use this from 1200m away to warn your enemy that you're about to engage.. that is a valid use. Single-shot so they know they are about to have incoming. Or for that matter if I'm on an excrusiatingly long escort and want to vent my frustrations into the rear-end of the vessel I'm escorting it's my puragotive.

To call something an exploit without even knowing what you're talking about proves you're a newb. If someone uses it to greif or lag out an enemy in pvp, report it. That would be a bannable offense.. not an exploit it would be called griefing.
