Just some random ramblings...
It seems to me that quite a few questions are answered by Starsider pilots, both Rebel and Imperial.
It seems to me that Starsider has the most space PvP, both organized and unorganized. (/hattip my Interceptor friends in Kessel last night and the crew [Gwreng, Naithan, Cody, etc]that puts together organized events)
It seems to me that, not only does Starsider have the most space PvP, but the highest quality space PvP. (No trash talking, respect, longer than five-second engagements, tactics.)
It seems to me that Starsider is the only server that has any PvP outside Deep Space.
It seems to me that Starsider sees the most space flight, period, including PvE.
These are just my random thoughts. I have a lot of respect for people on both sides of the conflicts on Starsider, as well as respect for people on other servers. Before people complain about JTL being broken, I wish they'd try Starsider, or work to make their own server like Starsider, and understand how great flight can be, both against NPCs and in player combat situations.
/hattip to everyone on Starsider, both Rebel and Imperial, that have given me the opportunity to really enjoy my time in a starfighter cockpit

Well, I mainly fly on Starsider, but I'm not up to PvP yet. I will say we do seem to be quite an active server when it comes to PvE space combat.

I don't have a toon on Starstrider, but I can tell you Kettemoor is dead. There are a few that are very active, but for the most part everyone on Kettemoor seems either consumed with the Jedi grind or destroying Jedi, and space just doesn't matter. I resently started playing my imperial toon on Corbantis (mostly to see what the imperial path is like), and I was amazed at all the people in space, it was almost like when jtl went live on kettemoor. The problem is, starting on new servers, these paths really aren't meant to be solo'd, and you have no friends to help on a new server (I had no imperial friends on kette anyways:smileyvery-happy
so, it makes it difficult to start on a new server.

I only have a character on Starsider but i can tell i enjoy space pvp a lot here!
What is really important is having some nice people organising and coordinating the battles... really nice work.
The rest is sort of a self-fulfilling assertion... more player attracted, more talk about it on the forums, some player come over, pvp improves further and so on
Kinda funny that the RP server has most PvP for a change... and in my eyes the quality and attitude around it (with OOC rivaltry and hatred) are really non-existant as it stands right now.

On my server (Kauri) it was dead for a while because we only had button mashing melee stackers and jedi at first who's skills mostly included AFK macro and learning which combos will incap/DB another player in under 5 seconds.
But now that planets are at stake by the number of bases on the ground, space has become a much bigger draw for faction farming.
New players are also realizing that finally there's a way to make a good amount of money without having to become a prospector or a crafter.
Slowly it should get better as more content and need for quick faction becomes more tantamount.
As long as the whiners don't push the devs to "pull another kessel" on us, space should grow into the healthy battleground that we all thought it would be. (at least on my server)

Yeah, I am in the same PA as Halyn, and I can tell you that Starsider is always booming with space activity. In fact, some of my guild mates and I perform random patrols in space (overt of course) and we find at least three overt Impies every time. And that's just the overt ones.

There's been a lot more space activity on Corbantis as of late. I'm having my friends get me to PL them up to tier 3, then help them with missions. They know that I have a lot of rebel pilots out there after me due to the fact that I don't know when to stop running my mouth. It's not my fault they can't pilot their way out of large starport, and then they call me a griefer when I kill them in DS.
Anyhow, I got people lookin for me in-game now, which is kind of nice because I might actually start getting zerged again, which was always fun, 7 on 1 just to be the only survivor left. Anyhow, PvP is going to pick up on Corbantis before too much longer. That or I'm going to be banned for running my mouth on the forums too much.

Yeah, we're doing patrols over here in Kauri too. I've heard it all when it comes to people calling me a griefer. One person sent me a tell saying "stop using your special rebel cheats!"
There is a lot of hatred on the ground in PvP, but I like how in space, true PvP'ers can cross faction lines and have friendly conversations when not fighting. Trading tips and war stories.

Ezis I might be looking u up later myself, I'm stuck at that price of liberty mission, kind of hard to solo, with the Tie I've put together. New to Corbantis, so I don't have the uberest of equipment
I started a character on Starstrider myself, just to see what all the hype is about, if you see a little purple rodian named February, thats me

I am flying rebel on Kauri too. I am currently a Tier 3 X-wing pilot. I only see the occasionalpilot aroundDant.,Yavin, Tat. and Nabooin PvE grind up to master pilot, but I am sure there a lots of them at Kessel and Deep Space because I sometimes run into ace pilots on the ground.

Naritus has a small dedicated group of pilots that I try to fly with as much as possible. I even have an imperial friend who challenges me to duels in deep space. I pwned his Oppressor with my Bwing the other day LOL.

Flurry is doing ok. I am currently working on organizing my guilds pilots, and we work closely with a big space guild. Hopefully as the Empire becomes more organized, the Rebels will do the same.
I am also doing the RE thing. currently, out of my own personal stock of 600+ and some donations, but soon I hope to expand it.
